Welcome to The Liquidity Map. These Terms and Conditions (the „Terms") govern your access to and use of the website theliquiditymap.com and the associated services (together, the „Platform" or the „Service"). By accessing or using the Platform you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Who we are

The Liquidity Map platform is operated by Game Of Liquidity LLC, a company registered at Meydan Grandstand, Dubai, United Arab Emirates („Game Of Liquidity", „we", „us", „our"). The Liquidity Map is part of the Game Of Liquidity ecosystem. You can contact us at contact@gameofliquidity.com.

2. Nature of the service - strictly educational

The Liquidity Map is a platform with a strictly educational and informational purpose in the field of personal finance and investing. We provide reports, educational materials, an assessment questionnaire (a „quiz") that generates an indicative profile and plan, and other resources. All content is general and educational in nature. Access to the Platform is free.

3. Not financial advice

The content on the Platform does NOT constitute and must not be interpreted as financial, investment, tax, legal or any other kind of advice or recommendation that is personalized or tailored to your individual situation. We are not licensed financial advisers and we do not provide advisory services to you. Nothing in the content creates a client-adviser relationship.

The questionnaire and the „personalized plan" are purely educational tools: results are generated automatically based on your answers, are indicative only, do not represent an individual recommendation and do not guarantee any outcome. Any financial or investment decision is taken at your own risk. Before any important decision, consult a licensed professional who knows your situation.

Risk warning: investing involves risks, including the risk of losing part or all of the invested capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results, and financial markets are volatile.

4. Eligibility

The Platform is available to anyone who wishes to learn; since the content is educational, we do not impose a minimum age. If you are a minor under the laws of your country, please use the Platform and create an account only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

5. User accounts

Certain features (e.g. educational materials, saving your assessment, messaging) require an account. You agree to provide true and up-to-date information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

Completing the questionnaire without creating an account generates an internal record (a „guest account") linked to your email address, used to store your result. Access to additional features requires creating a full account.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and in good faith. Without limitation, you are prohibited from:

• copying, scraping, reproducing, distributing or republishing the content without our written consent;
• using robots, scripts or other automated means to access the Platform;
• attempting unauthorized access, compromising security, introducing malicious code or disrupting the Service;
• sharing your account with third parties or creating accounts with false data or identities;
• using the Platform for unauthorized commercial purposes or to mislead other users;
• infringing our rights or those of third parties, including intellectual property rights.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform - the reports, educational materials, the questionnaire, the generated plans, texts, graphics, logos, design and code - is the property of Game Of Liquidity LLC (The Liquidity Map) or our licensors and is protected by copyright law and other applicable rights. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and revocable right to access and use the content solely for personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, distribution, publication or commercial use without our prior written consent is prohibited. The names „The Liquidity Map" and „Game Of Liquidity", together with the associated logos, belong to us and may not be used without our consent.

8. User-generated content

The Platform currently does not allow users to publish public content (messages sent to the team are private). If we introduce features such as comments or other public content in the future: (a) you are solely responsible for the content you post and warrant that you have the right to publish it; (b) you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Platform; (c) we reserve the right to moderate, edit or remove any content and to restrict access for those who breach the rules, without prior notice.

9. Third-party links and services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, products or services (including brokers or investment platforms), some of which may be affiliate links. These links are provided for convenience and/or information. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products, services, terms or practices of third parties. Any interaction with a third party (for example, opening an account with a broker) takes place directly between you and that third party, at your own risk, and is governed by that third party's terms. The mention of, or a link to, a third party does not constitute a recommendation or a guarantee from us.

10. Email and newsletter communications

By creating an account or completing the questionnaire, we may send you emails necessary for the operation of the Service (for example account activation, password reset, account-related notifications).

By accepting these Terms you agree that we may add you to our newsletter and marketing communications list (managed through the Kajabi platform) and that you may receive such messages. You can unsubscribe at any time, for free, using the unsubscribe link included in every email.

11. Service availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue (temporarily or permanently) any part of the Service, at any time, without liability to you.

12. Limitation of liability

The Platform and all content are provided „as is" and „as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Game Of Liquidity LLC, its affiliates and collaborators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, financial loss, loss of profit, data or opportunities arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, or from decisions taken based on the content. You assume the entire risk of using the Platform.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against any claims, losses or expenses (including reasonable fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or of the rights of a third party.

14. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete an account and to restrict access, without prior notice, if: you provide false data, breach these Terms, use the Platform abusively or unlawfully, or in order to protect the security of the Platform and of other users. You may stop using the Platform at any time and may request the deletion of your account.

15. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, together with the date of the last update. Continuing to use the Platform after the changes are published means you accept them.

16. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (Emirate of Dubai), without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection and data-protection rules that may apply to you in your country of residence. Any dispute shall be settled by the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, except where the law applicable to you grants you the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.

17. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held to be void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force. Our failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform. We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
