Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through the The Liquidity Map platform (theliquiditymap.com), how we use it, who we share it with and what rights you have. Please read it together with the Terms and Conditions.
1. Who is the data controller
The data controller is Game Of Liquidity LLC, registered at Meydan Grandstand, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which operates the The Liquidity Map platform (part of the Game Of Liquidity ecosystem). For any question regarding your data, you can contact us at contact@gameofliquidity.com.
2. What data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, password (stored encrypted/hashed) and, optionally, your country.
- Questionnaire and assessment data: your answers about your financial situation (e.g. income, debts, emergency fund, experience, risk tolerance, occupation, capital) and the educational profile/plan generated from them.
- Communication data: the messages you send us through the platform or by email.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, country derived from the IP, general device/browser information, an activity log (e.g. last visit) and cookies.
- Security data: for accounts with an administration role, the two-factor authentication secret (stored encrypted).
The questionnaire answers concern your financial situation; we treat them as ordinary personal data, with due care. We do not intentionally collect „special categories" of data (e.g. health, religion, political opinions).
3. How and why we use the data
- Providing the service - creating and managing your account, saving your assessment, access to materials (basis: performance of the relationship established through the Terms).
- Generating the educational profile and plan - the questionnaire automatically produces an indicative profile and plan based on your answers. This is automated processing (profiling) with a purely educational purpose, which does not produce legal effects on you.
- Service-related emails - e.g. account activation, password reset, account-related notifications.
- Newsletter and marketing communications - based on your consent; you can unsubscribe at any time, for free, from every email.
- Security and abuse prevention - protecting the platform, limiting automated attempts, detecting invalid/temporary email addresses (basis: our legitimate interest).
- Statistics and improving the platform - aggregated analysis of traffic and usage, using internal statistics and analytics tools (e.g. Vercel Analytics).
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies for the site to work - for example to keep your session after login and a technical cookie to count content views only once. We may also use traffic-analytics tools that collect aggregated/anonymized information about usage. On your first visit we show you a cookie notice.
5. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted third-party providers that help us operate the platform and act as our processors, in categories such as: hosting and infrastructure, database and file storage, sending emails, the email-marketing platform (where we add you only if you have consented), security and analytics services. These providers process the data only in accordance with our instructions and for the purposes described here. We may also disclose data where the law requires it or to protect our rights.
6. International transfers
Because we use providers in different countries, some data may be processed outside the European Economic Area (including in countries such as the United States or the United Arab Emirates). In such cases we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place (for example standard contractual clauses) to protect your data.
7. How long we keep data
We keep the data for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy - generally, for as long as you have an account or an active interaction with the platform - and until you request deletion. We may retain certain information for an additional period if the law requires it or to defend our rights.
8. Your rights
Depending on the applicable law (e.g. GDPR in the European Union), you have the right to: access your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent (e.g. unsubscribing from the newsletter), at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in your country.
To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@gameofliquidity.com. We will respond within 30 days at the latest.
9. Data security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data - for example passwords are stored hashed, sensitive secrets are encrypted, access is restricted based on roles, and administration accounts may use two-factor authentication. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Children's privacy
The Platform is not specifically directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors below the age set by applicable law. If you learn that a minor has provided us with data without the consent of their legal guardian, contact us and we will remove it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, together with the date of the last update.
12. Contact
For any question regarding your personal data or this policy, you can write to us at contact@gameofliquidity.com.
